Ajax Open To Striker Sale
Ajax Cape Town Open To Striker Sale
Ajax Cape Town are believed to be open to the sale of one of their strikers as they look to make the necessary squad adjustments in the upcoming January transfer window period.
As reported in the past, Ajax previously exercised the added two-year option on Prince Nxumalo’s contract, following the interest from elsewhere in the Premier Soccer League.
At the time, the Urban Warriors were reluctant to sell the player, however, it seems that is no longer the case.
According to Siya sources, Ajax are believed to be open to the sale of Nxumalo in the upcoming January transfer window period, should any interested suitors look to approach the Cape Town-based club for the player’s services.
Nxumalo has been influential to the Urban Warriors’ set-up, however, recently the player’s progress has been constantly hampered by injuries and illnesses.
Indications are that Ajax are open to the possibility of life without the 27-year-old and are looking to cash in on the player before he enters his final year of his contract at Ikamva.
Now, it remains to be seen whether any interested suitors will look to approach Ajax for the striker in the upcoming January transfer window period.
